Delegate Tim Hugo introduced HB 2527, which was referred to the Senate Committee on Transportation. Many constituents have raised concerns about tolling the Fairfax and Prince William County Parkways, so I submitted legislation to prevent that. HB 2527 prohibits the imposition and collection of tolls on any primary highway in Northern Virginia without prior approval from the General Assembly. This bill will prevent additional and unnecessary tolling on our roadways.
