A court date has been set for a lawsuit to stop construction of the PW Digital Gateway data center corridor.
A hearing will be held Oct. 31 in the matter in which a group of Gainesville residents and the nonprofit American Battlefield Trust have sued Prince William County and two tech developers. They allege it was illegal for the Board of County Supervisors in December to grant approval of 23 million square feet of data centers on roughly 2,100 acres along Pageland Lane near Bristow.
